Yes, in most cases we can extract your data from your old software, and load it into the system we develop for you.
Everything we develop is your software so it would reside on your servers. We would work with your IT support to ensure that backups and permissions to the software are in place.
You own the software so you own the code. GVBCC provides the software source code and documentation of every system we develop. In the event GVBCC is no long in existence, you are not left in a bind. Also, we are expanding, so GVBCC will be there to help you with your needs far into the future.

It depends on the complexity of the project. It can take anywhere from six weeks to six months. But when we give you a time frame, we stick to it.
We specialize in backward engineering old software to create a new software product for you. In most cases the software is so old it does not reflect the way you do business now, so we will develop a product from the ground up based on your requirements.
NO, we don’t disappear. We don’t operate that way. We continuously follow up with you to see how the software is performing and to see if there is anything else we can do to help you in your software needs.
YES, definitely. We design your system with you, on-site at your offices. We don't just have a two-hour meeting with management and comeback with your software. We sit down with everyone and see how they do their job and the processes involved. We walk through the entire process and then some. Any other way would be disastrous for you and us.
Yes, it is warrantied for as long as you use it. Even after years of use, if a bug is found, it is fixed free of charge. The only exception would be with the changing platforms that Microsoft keeps developing at a rapid pace, upgrades may be necessary at a nominal charge.
Support and Maintenance fees are optional. It is a good idea to purchase the annual support at a nominal cost, but GVBCC will not abandon you if you don't. If changes or modifications are required after the first year you have the system, we will give you a price quote on the modifications you require.
